COTTAGE PIE: We take prime lean beef and simmer it in red wine and add fresh vegetables,seasoning, herbs and spices. This mixture fills a
puff pastry case that is topped with creamy mashed potato, sprinkled with cheese and baked.

I knew this pie as a "Stand" or "Gala" pie
but I never cared too much for lots of jelly.
We take 100% seasoned prime pork and add
apple and wrap it in short crust pastry. Try
this pie and you'll never buy one from a
shop again!
